At Tesseract, we are committed to transparent and courteous communication and we want to give you an overview of how our shipping schedule works:
Shipping
- Orders received by 12pm PT, including overnight, will ship the same day.
- Orders received after 12pm PT will ship the next business day.
Due to delays with all shippers and carriers, orders are frequently not entered into the shipper's system until 24 hours after the order is placed. As a result many orders will experience a delay of approximately 1 day. We therefore recommend adding 1-2 days to your delivery expectations.

How does my order ship?
Based on the delivery schedule you select, your order is shipped within the United States using one of our preferred carriers. Currently, international shipments are shipped via Federal Express, UPS, or USPS.
Does Tesseract ship internationally?
To coordinate an introduction to our international partners, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@tessmed.com to receive the appropriate contact information.
When will I receive my order?
If your order is placed before 12:00 pm Pacific time, Monday through Friday, then we will do our very best to ship your order that same business day. International orders can expect up to four weeks for delivery, barring any Clearance/Customs issues. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that can delay a shipment’s arrival.
Can I ship my order to another address at checkout or must I first update my profile?
Yes. You can create a "Ship To" address other than your Profile address when you get to the checkout page. You do not have to add a "Ship To" address to your profile.
Will I receive an automatic notice each time before an auto-ship order is shipped?
Yes. You will receive an automatic email that notifies you your auto-ship order is getting ready to ship. Please be sure your address information and payment information are current on your auto-ship orders to avoid a delay.
Returns
To coordinate a return, please contact our Customer Service Department at support@tessmed.com for specific instructions on returns and exchanges. To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide a tracking number for the returned parcel and any product they wish to have refunded.
